THE PIRATE'S COCKTAIL SAUCE

This is a simple cocktail sauce that goes with any seafood. I use it on shrimp, oysters and fish. You can alter the taste to suit your needs.

Mix 2 parts Ketchup to 1 part Horseradish, a pinch of Old Bay, a dollop Worcestershire Sauce, a lemon squeeze and a splash of hot sauce. Adjust according to taste!
