Soft Shelled Crabs, Cleaned
4 tablespoons Butter (Or More)
1 or 2 Cloves of Garlic, Chopped
1 Lemon
Old Bay to Taste
Melt enough butter to coat the crabs you are cooking. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon add garlic and Old Bay. Cook over low heat for about 3 or 4 minutes to release the garlic flavor. Dip crabs in butter mixture, season with more Old Bay if desired.
Make sure your grill is hot. Lightly oil the grate and grill the crabs until the turn red and crispy. About 3 to 4 minutes per side. Serve with reserved galic butter and/or cocktail sauce.
