Portabella Mushrooms
Pizza Sauce (Store Bought)
Garlic Cloves coarsely chopped
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Red or Yellow Bell Pepper
Fresh Basil - chopped
Olive Oil
Remove stems and wash mushrooms. Brush them with olive oil. Make several small holes in the gill side of each mushroom and insert garlic pieces. Place on hot grill gill side down; grill for about 5 min. While mushrooms are grilling roast pepper on grill until nicely charred and slice into ¼ inch strips. Turn mushrooms over on spoon about a teaspoon of garlic on each. Grill for about 3 minutes. Spoon pizza sauce on to eachand cover with shredded cheese and a few pepper strips. Cover and grill for a few more minutes until cheese is melted. Remove from grill, top with chopped basil and serve!
