MEATBALLS CORONANo - these aren't named for the beer, and everyone will want to pop these cute little appitizes in their mouth!
Start with little meatbals. Either store bought or home made. I recomend these Meatballs. Either way you want small balls - about 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch across.
Grill them indirect til done. I shoot for about 160°. Top each with a little square of havarti cheese. For a little zing put a slice of jalopeno on before the cheese topping. Cover the grill and wait for the cheese to melt.
Be sure to make plenty - these go fast!
