When ever I smoke any thing for a long time (ie., Pork Butt, Pork Shoulder or Beef Brisket) there is a special treat we always look forward to. Hot dogs!

Just grab some good all beef dogs (or Brauts) and toss them on the smoker with whatever else your smoking. You need to plan ahead though. They take at least an hour but like every thing else - longer is better! When done, bun them like you would any other hot dog with mustard and diced onions. These run rings around your typical "dirty water dog".
