Here's the armada! While many teams rely on big expensive bbq cookers/smokers we prefer the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker. We use three in Kansas City BBQ Society sanctioned BBQ competitions. These little cookers hold there own against even the "best" cookers on the market at any price. Remember our Battle Creed. It's not the size of your smoker - It's the taste of your meat!"We also have the option of using diffent woods & different temperatures for each of the KCBS Fantastic Four, (Chicken, Ribs, Pork Shoulder & Brisket). We rest our big meat so the chicken goes on after the pork or brisket is finished.
